This service develops participant’s English communication skills.

It’s not just about memorizing the vocabulary and the structure of a language, our training program is about creating real scenarios and immersing in the communicative activities.

General English for Business
This language program trains all communication skills (reading, listening, writing and speaking) by introducing new vocabulary and grammar in a step by step manner (basic, pre-intermediate, intermediate, and advanced levels) with topics that occur in a professional setting. This program helps participants to have a strong language foundation while they practice their fluency.


Customized English Communication
This language training program is customizable. It aims to help participants increase the ability of communicating in writing and/or speaking format specific to their business purposes.
Speaking Topics: ​​socializing, networking, conducting presentations, handling customers, negotiating, leading meetings, doing press junkets, or performing interviews, etc
Writing Topics: emails, reports, contracts, articles, copywriting, essays, presentation slides, etc


Preparation for International Certification (TOEFL®, TOEIC® or IELTS™)
This training program equips participants with the necessary skills and support to attain English International certification. International exams are used as a method to standardize competency and provide opportunities to venture abroad.

Levi’s is a multinational company where employees need to communicate regularly with colleagues from other countries.

Executive level employees need an understanding of business communication both in speaking and in writing. Our IMPACT trainers provide Levi’s with training programs that enhance English business communication skills for employees to lead meetings, conduct presentations and construct reports.

The training program is packed with fun and interactive activities to help participants retain new information as well as be able to directly apply it in their work scenario.

IDX employees are required to take the TOEIC® exam as a means to standardize employee competency as well as a requirement to achieve promotion or further opportunities such as the chance to conduct comparative studies abroad.

In order to help those employees reach a certain TOEIC® result, our IMPACT facilitators train IDX employees to fully prepare for the exam and equip them with the necessary tools to help them succeed.
